When can I expect my order to arrive?
For our friends in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand and Europe, shipping takes around 7-15 days. If you're somewhere else, don't worry - we still ship to you, but it might take a bit longer. Just drop us a line at email@example.com if you have any questions.
When will my order be processed?
We're all about making sure you get your order as soon as possible, so we process orders from Monday to Friday. You can expect your order to be processed within 2-5 business days, and shipped the very next day. Just keep in mind that we don't ship on weekends.
How do I keep an eye on my package?
We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your order is processed, which you can use to track your order on our website here. Just enter your email and order number, and you're good to go! And don't worry if you've lost the tracking number or put in the wrong email - we've got you covered.
I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
We have a huge range of products, and sometimes when you order more than one item, they'll be shipped separately. Don't stress - the rest of your order is on its way!
